Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback, and reporting.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and improvement strategies.
Handle complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate client records, notes, and interaction logs in software.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Experience in Ad Agency is an advance
