. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, understanding client objectives, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production).
Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and communication needs to develop effective marketing and advertising strategies.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution -- from brief to delivery -- ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
Present campaign ideas, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling agency services.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction at all stages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative solutions align with client objectives.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies
