Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Client Relationship Executive

to join our team at Hooqx. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and candidates. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and candidates. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality service. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on client interactions, performance, and feedback. Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and business growth. Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

lBachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Proven experience in handling international clients or candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary:

As per industry standards; based on experience and last drawn salary.
