Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations and Customer Support Executive. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client queries, and acting as a key link between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate should be proactive, empathetic, and have a problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding queries, complaints, service requests, and general assistance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations, etc.) to resolve client issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in CRM systems. Proactively communicate service updates, follow up on unresolved issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Generate client reports, service feedback summaries, and assist in customer surveys. Monitor key performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction) and suggest improvements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer support, client servicing, or account management roles. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure. Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines. A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
