We are looking for enthusiastic Client Relationship Executives to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, and coordinate with the sales team. This is an inside sales / office-based role with proper guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound & inbound calls to customer leads Explain basic project details to customers Follow up with interested clients Coordinate site visits with the sales team Maintain basic customer details

Good communication skills Comfortable with calling Customer handling skills Willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge Speaks Basic English
