Key responsibilities

Client management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and managing their accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Problem-solving:

Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, often by working with other departments to find a solution.

Relationship building:

Proactively engage with clients to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and build loyalty.

Business growth:

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.

Internal collaboration:

Work with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and to deliver tailored solutions.

Administrative tasks:

Maintain accurate and detailed client records using CRM software.

Reporting and proposals:

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Customer service:

A customer-centric attitude with patience and a professional demeanor when handling difficult situations.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.

Tech proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software is often required.
