Key Responsibilities



Welcome and engage walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales engagement. Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all collections and communicate unique features confidently. Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and back-office teams to ensure smooth client servicing. Handle client queries, appointment scheduling, and personalized requests with discretion. Assist in maintaining visual displays and showroom aesthetics in line with brand standards. Achieve monthly client engagement and sales targets while upholding the company's premium service values.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
