Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls to potential buyers.
Contact leads generated via marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and partner networks.
Maintain an updated database of prospects in CRM tools.
Customer Engagement & Follow-ups
Regularly follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements and buying intent.
Build strong rapport and trust with clients through consistent communication.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects, pricing, and offers.
Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
Ensure seamless communication between the client and the sales team during site visits.
Track and follow up post-site visits to maximize conversion chances.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and lead status reports.
Share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
Assist in basic documentation related to bookings and client onboarding.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
Support the sales team in closing deals by providing timely lead insights.
Coordinate with marketing for client communication, campaigns, and events.
Give feedback on lead quality and customer concerns to improve business processes.
Key Requirements
Preferred Gender

Experience
: 1-3 years in real estate sales, telecalling, customer service, or CRM roles. (Real estate experience is highly preferred.)

Skills Required
:
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English mandatory; local language a plus).
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle objections and queries confidently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data handling.
