Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive client relationships
Act as the primary contact for client communication
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Resolve client queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain client records and provide regular status updates
Support client retention and upselling opportunities
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Customer-focused mindset
Prior experience in client handling or customer service preferred
