Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams
Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication
Maintain client records and update CRM systems
Support sales and account management activities
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ?13,500.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
