We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Executive to support client relationships, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The role involves handling client queries, maintaining account records, preparing reports, and assisting senior managers in achieving account goals. Qualification: Graduation or PG in any stream Experience: 1-2 yrs in any US or UK process

with Fluent English speaking.

Job Location: Sector 67, Mohali Salary Package: 30-35k CTC Full-time job, Work from office, Immediate Joiners required 6 days working, cab facility--pick & drop available No single leave during probation (3 months). 9 hrs rotational UK shift within time slot (10:30 am- 1:30 am) Fluent English-speaking skills required

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to work in UK shifts with monthly rotational schedule Prior customer support, International experience is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve product- or service-related queries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and effective support Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality standards Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for the UK.
