Business Development Executive / Business Development Associate
to join our pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in domestic and/or international pharma markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and corporate clients
Coordinate with internal teams for product offerings, pricing, and proposals
Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and closures
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales
in the
pharma industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, markets, and regulations is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
