We are looking for a proactive and persuasive

Payment Follow-up Executive

to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with clients regarding their pending payments for our wedding photography services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and a strong ability to handle payment negotiations professionally.

Job Role:

Call clients to remind them of pending payments. Maintain records of payment status and follow-ups. Answer client queries related to payments. Ensure timely collections and escalate issues if needed.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (both verbal and written) 0 to 6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply) Basic understanding of payment processes Prior experience in tele calling or customer service will be an added advantage

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
