We are looking for a Client Relationship Management professional responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships. The role involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retaining clients for long-term business growth. The candidate should have prior experience in the banking or financial services industry and a strong ability to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services to existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective relationship management.
Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
Ensure retention of existing clients and encourage long-term continuation of services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client support.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Ability to meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
