As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will be responsible for understanding and fulfilling customer needs, managing inquiries, and providing excellent support. Your ability to connect with customers and resolve issues efficiently will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Utilize MS Office and Excel to track and manage customer interactions and data.
Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude and skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in Microsoft word, manage customer's data in Excel sheet.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, demonstrating dedication and a proactive approach.
Additional Information:
Salary range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, ability, and experience.
*Knowledge of additional languages such as Kannada or Hindi will be an added advantage. Flexible work-from-home option is available for this position.
