We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Presence Associate to manage our online presence, engage with stakeholders, and support client acquisition. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, be accountable for assigned tasks, ensure timely execution, and possess a basic understanding of financial terms to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), engage with comments, and maintain brand consistency.
Social Listening & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client activities to identify engagement opportunities.
Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Use digital tools to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and support business growth.
Investor & Client Communication: Draft and send professional emails, facilitate virtual meetings, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Content Development: Assist in writing compelling posts, investor updates, and email newsletters.
Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, analyze social media performance, and suggest improvements.
Accountability & Deadlines: Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensure timely execution, and proactively address challenges.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client engagement.
Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate smoothly and professionally.
Strong sense of responsibility to take ownership of tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Basic knowledge of financial terms to facilitate smooth onboarding and effective communication with investors and clients.
Experience with social media tools.
Understanding of lead generation, investor relation
