Address customer queries and concerns professionally and on time.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and pitch relevant services.
Follow up with leads and prospects for sales conversion.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-up logs, and communication history.
Conduct feedback calls and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the customer experience.
