Key Responsibilities
Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective leads.
Clearly explain real estate projects and generate client interest.
Schedule and confirm site visits and meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM/Excel.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client follow-up.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maximize performance-based incentives through successful conversions.

Prior experience in tele-calling/tele-sales preferred (Real Estate background is a plus).
