Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's services Guide customers with proper information and answer their queries Maintain follow-up with interested leads Update call records in CRM Work towards achieving daily and weekly targets Maintain a positive and professional approach during customer conversations

Required Skills



Good communication skills (spoken Hindi & basic English) Ability to engage customers confidently on calls Basic computer knowledge Ability to learn quickly and work in a team Pleasant and polite communication tone

Eligibility



12th pass / Graduate Fresher or up to 3 years of experience can apply Candidates with customer-handling or telecalling experience preferred

Salary



?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience) Attractive incentives on performance
