The CRM-Real Estate person will manage and nurture client relationships throughout the property buying/selling/after-sales lifecycle. They ensure smooth coordination across sales, marketing, legal, documentation, payments and post-sale follow-ups, while leveraging a CRM system to keep all data organized, accessible and actionable.

Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to: CRM Head / Sales Head / Operations Manager (depending on company structure).
Works closely with: Sales team, Marketing team, Legal / Documentation team, Finance / Accounts, Site-visit / Operations team (if developer/ builder), Customer-service / Support team (post-sales).
Coordinates with external stakeholders: customers / buyers, channel partners or brokers (if applicable), vendors, legal / finance partners (in case of documentation, payments etc.)
