Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused
Client Relationship Executive
to strengthen our client engagement, support business development initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison for all client communications and requirements.
Develop, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups, satisfaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
Business Development & Sales Support
Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Engage with potential clients to present training offerings and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, commercial quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and conversion progress.
Training Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Share schedules, program details, materials, and updates with clients.
Ensure timely communication and high-quality service delivery throughout the training cycle.
Marketing & Brand Support
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Contribute to content creation for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and organizational growth.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of basic sales and marketing principles.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations professionally.
Proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in Client Relationship, Sales, or Business Development roles.
