Client Relationship Executive

to join our team. We specialize in digital marketing and web development, and we need someone who can build strong relationships with clients, ensure smooth coordination, and help us deliver outstanding service.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining regular and professional communication. Understand client needs across SEO, PPC, web development, and digital marketing services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes. Assist in onboarding new clients, collecting requirements, and setting up communication channels. Keep client information and project status updated in CRM tools. Schedule and manage client meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups. Share campaign and project reports, helping clients understand results and progress. Identify and suggest additional services that match the client's goals and growth. Handle client concerns or queries promptly and effectively. Support the sales team with client renewals and service upgrades.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
