Profile Summary
The main goal of this role is to maintain and manage the strong relationship with clients, communicate regularly with client and update about ongoing services to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Responsible for retention of the existing clients and to get more business from them.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Client Communication: Effectively manage communication with clients to understand their editorial requirements, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
Relationship Maintenance: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and enhance the overall client experience.
Database Management: Regularly update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate and current information to facilitate seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Timely Follow-ups: Implement a systematic follow-up process to ensure timely responses to client queries, submissions, and feedback, demonstrating a proactive approach to client needs.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
Knowledge Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's
Experience: Fresher or Experience
Knowledge of research publication industry.
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
