Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, maintaining long-term relationships and trust.
Understand client needs and business objectives to offer
tailored solutions
aligned with company offerings.
Proactively identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
additional services or product upgrades.
Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed client records, communication logs, and performance reports.
Follow up on renewals, payments, and service feedback to ensure retention and recurring business.
Address client queries or escalations promptly, ensuring positive resolutions and continuous improvement.
Participate in strategic review meetings and contribute insights for enhancing client experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Proven ability to manage multiple clients with attention to detail.
Sound understanding of
sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
Customer-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain professionalism under pressure.
