Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Build trust with clients by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth patient journey. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Schedule and confirm consultations with doctors or specialists. Provide pre-consultation information (e.g., procedure types, recovery expectations, pricing). Follow up after consultations to address further questions and encourage booking. Promote hair transplant procedures and related services. Convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into confirmed procedures. Explain financing options, packages, and promotional offers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or clinic software. Prepare quotes, invoices, and treatment plans. Ensure all necessary documentation is collected before the procedure (e.g., consent forms). Follow up post-procedure to check on recovery and client satisfaction. Address any concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Encourage referrals and testimonials from satisfied clients. Work closely with surgeons, technicians, and other clinic staff to coordinate patient care. Relay feedback from clients to improve services and operations.
