Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Client Relationship Executive NRI Services to manage and support our NRI clients. The role involves addressing their financial and compliance needs, ensuring timely documentation, maintaining client records, and supporting NRI-related business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with NRI clients to understand and fulfill their financial service requirements
Provide timely assistance in investments, insurance, and related compliance documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and management to implement NRI-focused business strategies
Ensure excellent service standards and client satisfaction
Follow up with clients for required documents and processes
Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review
Requirements:
23 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in financial or NRI services
Strong knowledge of financial products (e.g., investments, insurance)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good understanding of compliance procedures related to NRI clients
Well-organized with attention to detail
Ability to work professionally with a wide range of clients
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
