Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Handle client queries, requests, and regular follow-ups
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Back Office and Compliance teams
Support client onboarding and documentation processes
Ensure timely resolution of client service issues
Maintain accurate client data, records and MIS reports
Assist in client retention and relationship-building initiatives
