Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Drive direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant Capital.

? Assist in margin collection for equity, commodity, and currency segments.

? Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.

? Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).

? Educate and advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.

? Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently.

? Execute cross-selling of value-added products (including training products).

Qualifications:



? Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.

? Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, Algo or Financial Services is preferred.

Skills Required:



? Strong knowledge of stock market operations and products.

? Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset.

? Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market dynamics.

? Strong marketing and persuasion abilities.
