About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and relationship-driven

Client Relationship Executive

to manage and enhance the experience of our members at our premium fitness studio. This role focuses on

client servicing, retention, relationship management, and upselling

, while also supporting membership sales and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and members Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client queries and concerns Act as the first point of contact for members at the studio (front desk support) Manage member onboarding and ensure a smooth customer journey Follow up with members for renewals, upgrades, and additional services Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for memberships and packages Handle walk-ins and support the sales team in converting inquiries Maintain client records, feedback, and interaction history Coordinate with trainers and operations team to ensure excellent service delivery Proactively work on member retention and engagement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory (any stream) Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Presentable, confident, and customer-centric personality Comfortable working in a client-facing, service + sales support role
Preferred Skills

Experience in client servicing, relationship management, hospitality, or fitness industry is a plus Good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
