Client Relationship Associate

to manage client engagement, communication, and service delivery. This role includes tele calling, emailing, consistent follow-ups, and data management to drive insurance sales, strengthen client relationships, and offer suitable policy solutions.

You will drive insurance sales while guiding clients on coverage, policy amendments, and claims with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach, ensuring they receive the best protection. Communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential.
