The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients. The role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and growth by acting as the primary point of contact and delivering exceptional service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
Develop strong, long-term relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and check-ins to assess client performance and opportunities.
Account Growth & Strategy
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings.
Work with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client business objectives.
Prepare strategic account plans to support client growth and long-term retention.
Service Delivery Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, product, support) to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
Monitor project execution to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
Handle client escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
Data & Reporting
Track client KPIs, usage, feedback, and performance metrics.
Prepare client reports, proposals, and business reviews.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Market & Client Insights
Gather business intelligence, client insights, and market trends.
Provide feedback to product or service development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of CRM tools and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
