Role Summary:

The Health Progress Manager will work closely with the operations and sales teams. This role is

ideal for someone with a background in health and wellness, a basic understanding of health

principles, and a passion for encouraging others to lead a healthy, positive lifestyle. The main

responsibility is to monitor clients' journeys, ensuring they receive the best possible support and

achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Client Journey Monitoring:

? Regularly check in on clients to track their progress.

? Collect testimonials, videos, and feedback from clients to gauge their satisfaction

and improvement.

? Maintain detailed records of client progress reports.

? Operations Support:

? Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client experiences.

? Address and resolve any issues clients may encounter during their journey.

? Sales Support:

? Assist the sales team with client renewals.

? Generate new business opportunities by leveraging client feedback and success

stories.

? Promote and encourage client referrals.

? Health and Wellness Advocacy:

? Motivate and inspire clients to maintain a healthy and positive lifestyle.

? Provide basic health and wellness guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

? Background in health and wellness.

? Basic understanding of health principles.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to motivate and inspire others.

? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

? Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
