Educate clients about product benefits, investment strategies, and financial planning.
Ensure timely client follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns effectively.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in client relationship management, sales, or financial services.
Strong understanding of investment and insurance products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
