Job Roles :

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely updates on shipment progress.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Identify upselling opportunities and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

- Monitor client feedback, analyze insights, and recommend improvements for better service experiences.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.

- Candidate must have strong English, Hindi & Marathi communication skills

- Candidate must have minimum 6 months of experience in client relations.

- Candidate must be bold, smart and energetic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
