Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Assist in driving sales by upselling or cross-selling services/products.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on account status.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities with existing clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Client Servicing, Client Relations, or Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach.
Graduate (preferred) or Diploma holder.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
