We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
Client Relationship Specialist - Inside Sales
to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving conversions through consultative selling, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This is a target-driven role that blends client servicing with inside sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or video consultations to understand their requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized consultations and product/service recommendations.
Drive revenue by converting leads into successful bookings or purchases.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to conversion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, or telesales--preferably in beauty, health, wellness, or tech industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant services/products.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce).
A positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude.
