The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth. This role involves managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues while promoting company products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions or escalate to relevant departments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes to effectively assist clients.
Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address potential concerns proactively.
Support the sales team in achieving customer acquisition and retention
Qualifications & Skills:
Any degree
Prior experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales support is an add on
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
