We are looking for an experienced

Client Relationship Executive

to manage, analyze, and optimize customer relationship data across CRM platforms. The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer records, generating meaningful insights, and supporting internal teams through efficient CRM processes.

This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on CRM experience who are eager to strengthen their skills in CRM operations, reporting, and data-driven customer engagement within a structured and growth-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update CRM systems with high accuracy and data integrity Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improvement opportunities Prepare and share periodic CRM reports with actionable insights for internal teams Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline CRM workflows Assist in dashboard development, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking Conduct regular CRM data audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide operational support to internal users Ensure proper documentation and adherence to CRM data management standards

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline 1-2 years of hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis Practical understanding of CRM reporting, dashboards, and customer data management Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) is an added advantage Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
