Job Summary
The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships within the Mutual Funds division. The role involves client servicing, onboarding, transaction support, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding mutual fund investments
Assist clients with account opening, KYC, FATCA, and documentation requirements
Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations
Handle client inquiries related to NAVs, portfolio statements, fund performance, and transaction status
Coordinate with fund houses, registrars, and internal operations teams to resolve client issues
Ensure timely follow-ups on pending documentation and service requests
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
Support Relationship Managers in client meetings, reviews, and presentations
Communicate product updates, regulatory changes, and market-related information to clients
Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations and company policies
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts
Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management within mutual funds or financial services

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
