Screen and filter leads from the Digital Marketing team, identify genuine enquiries, and assign qualified leads to sales executives based on location and priority.
Make follow-up and service calls to prospective customers, including re-engaging clients previously marked as "Not Interested."
Handle cold follow-up calls to understand customer requirements and generate interest.
Record all call details, feedback, and customer responses accurately in the system.
