We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, understand client requirements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Prepare client reports and maintain documentation

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
