Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic

Client Relationship Executive (Field)

to manage client interactions, maintain strong relationships, and support campaign execution. The role involves regular field visits, client meetings, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct regular field visits for meetings, follow-ups, and briefings. Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams. Ensure client queries and issues are resolved promptly.

Business Development Support

Identify potential business opportunities during field visits. Help in pitching services, proposals, and marketing ideas to clients. Support the sales/marketing team in meeting revenue targets.

Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with design, digital, and production teams to deliver client requirements. Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and meet client expectations. Collect feedback from clients and share it with the team for improvements.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare visit reports, client updates, and performance summaries. Maintain accurate records of meetings, client files, and service deliverables.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Good presentation and negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask Basic understanding of marketing concepts Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or sales (preferably in a marketing agency) Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Work Requirements:

Must be comfortable with field work and regular client visits Willingness to travel as per job needs Valid driving license (2 wheeler and 4 wheeler )
