The Client Relation Executive will act as the primary point of contact for students and parents after the admission process. The role focuses on delivering clear communication, sharing updates, maintaining trust, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the pre-departure journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide class schedules, training details, and session updates to students after admission confirmation.
Share interview schedules, mock interview timings.
Maintain polite, professional, and supportive communication with both parents and students.
Act as the main contact for all post-admission queries and concerns.
Ensure timely follow-up and reminders for classes and interviews.
Maintain accurate CRM records related to schedules, updates, and communication history.
Ensure high satisfaction and smooth workflow until students reach the final stage of the process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education sector.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills--polite, patient, and student-friendly.
