We are looking for a
Client Relationship Manager
who can maintain strong client relationships, understand business goals, and ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
As a
Client Relationship Manager
, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams. You will manage client expectations, oversee project execution, and ensure client satisfaction while helping drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain
strong, long-term client relationships
.
Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, SEO, performance marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Conduct regular client meetings, provide updates, and share performance reports.
Identify
upsell or cross-sell opportunities
to expand client engagement.
Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about
industry trends
and competitor activity to provide strategic advice to clients.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience
in client servicing, account management, or relationship management (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).
Excellent
English communication and presentation skills
(client-facing role).
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills
.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Good understanding of
digital marketing channels
(SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing).
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to
relocate to Kochi
(branch office).
Preferred Skills
Experience in
B2B and B2C client handling
.
Familiarity with
CRM software
(Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge of reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
Ability to generate insights and suggest improvements for campaigns.
