Serve as the main communication link between clients and the PAC operations team.
Coordinate project details, timelines, and requirements between design, production, and installation teams.
Monitor project status and update clients regularly on progress and delivery schedules.
Maintain organized client records, job sheets, and communication logs.
Support the Key Accounts and Sales teams with reports, project updates, and client feedback.
Follow up on outstanding payments with clients in coordination with the Accounts Department, ensuring timely retrieval and accurate reporting.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and supporting project documentation.
Ensure prompt and professional handling of client inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
Collaborate with the back-office design, accounts, and admin teams to ensure smooth project execution.
