We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is all about building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build strong, trustworthy, and lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Track client account metrics, feedback, and renewal opportunities.
Support the business development team with client insights and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales support (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple accounts.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
