Role Overview:


A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and supporting business growth through excellent service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to meet client needs. Maintain records of client interactions and prepare regular reports. Support sales efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is a plus.
