Job Description

Key Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:



? Monitor and track RFQs from identified tender portals.

? Contact customers to get direct RFQs

? Establish and maintain solid connections with clients.

? Cultivate and uphold robust client relationships to grasp their requirements and offer

? Keep a close watch on market trends and the actions of competitors.

? Analyze RFQs to assess feasibility.

? Collaborate with the team leader to make GO/NGO decisions on pursuing RFQs.

? Assigning the RFQ to the sourcing department.

? Give inputs to the sourcing team before proceeding with the final quote package (QP)

? Ensure timely submission of QPs.

? Get regular feedback from the customer and clarify the quarries for the QP submitted.

? Highly focused on securing the order by providing a competitive advantage to the customers.

? Manage client's negotiation

? Coordinate with internal departments to meet project deadlines and requirements, once QP is awarded.

? Project updates to customers

? Identify new markets of existing customers.

? Onboarding new customers.

? Accountable for project profits.

? Compile sales reports and forecasts for management assessment.
