Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Client Relationship Executive
with
2-5 years of relevant experience
to manage client interactions and build strong, long-term relationships.
This role focuses on engaging with prospective and existing clients, addressing their queries, coordinating counselling sessions, and ensuring a smooth and positive client journey. You will play a key role in strengthening client trust, improving engagement, and supporting business growth through high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and share information about our counselling and wellness services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
Explain counselling options, session formats, and pricing in a professional and reassuring manner
Coordinate therapy session scheduling and appointments with therapists
Guide clients through the next steps, including webinar registrations, consultations, or session bookings
Follow up with leads and webinar participants via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
Manage appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience
Address client concerns promptly and provide accurate information or escalation when required
Contribute to building long-term client relationships and improving client satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
A master's degree in psychology with relevant experience is an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills with good persuasion abilities
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and timelines
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client concerns professionally
Work Timings
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
One Sunday per month will be a working day (compensatory day off provided)
