Skills & Obligations:-
Handle existing clients after license issuance.
Pitch and sell value added services such as visa services, banking support, insurance, tax & compliance, license amendments, renewals, and other corporate services.
Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions.
Generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service execution.
Maintain regular follow-ups and client updates.
Handle client queries and escalations professionally.
Client handling and objection management.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
